Big Heavy, a top-down 2D souls-like boss rush, is out now on Itch! 

You play the role of a lone soul on a quest to save the Princess of Whitebridge, captured by the Sadist King. The King has agreed to let you live if you can conquer the towering beasts that occupy his castle’s hold, but nothing will satisfy his insatiable appetite for the stench of blood.

Dodge, slash, block, and parry your way to freedom! Defeat over 11 monstrous beasts to uncover the dark truth that lurks in the depths of the Sadist King's castle. Featuring retro graphics heavily inspired by the Atari 2600.

- "Iron Forged" mode (a harder difficulty where the player dies in 1 hit)

- Options menu w/ additional screen resolutions and audio volume control
